  • Works as intended. Easy to use. I don't appreciate I have to pay for it when their bags have a lifetime warranty.

  • Purchased 7/24/2013. I travel weekly on at least 5 different planes. For being a spinner, it doesn't roll very well. I walk with it on my right side, it is always trying to turn itself so that retracting handle side of the suitcase is angled forward. If I let it turn all the way, the next thing it does is try to fall forward. So I find myself constantly fighting it so that the retracting handle side stays against the right side of my body. I've replaced the large wheels 4 times because the airlines like them so much. When I pickup my bag from baggage claim the wheel is just gone, completely popped off. I'm at the point where I carry a spare small wheel and a spare large wheel in the bag. The zipper used to expand the bag is broken and unusable. The closest service shop is 2.5 hours from my home so I haven't gotten it repaired yet. The inside is still in new condition. The bag material is holding up well. I would buy again due to the unconditional guarantee, the bag looks good, the bag size is just right, and I still prefer a spinner over a traditional bag.
